    Friendly staff, very caring and generous!

    Went to this place for the first time. I had a very bad experience the rice and chicken and beef was colder then the weather. the employee had to microwave the rice and the potatoes. For $13 dollars the food is not worth it they put as much garlic sauce as the chicken what are you supposed to do with that much garlic sauce.
    Also when he was giving us rice he told us people like cold rice. What kind of place gives cold rice to there customer. At the end of the day I don't recommend this place at all I was so pissed off after I left.

    Incredible flavors, juiciest kebabs I've ever had! Excellent spot for quality food cooked fresh and fast. Great service too.

    We were looking for a place to order from at the last minute and it was getting a bit late. I think my wife changed her mind about four times before she said let's get a shawarma from Shawarma Shack. I always buy that type of food from Shawarma Palace in downtown Windsor as its good and I know exactly what I'm getting. She wanted to try this place as she heard it was also good.

    I ordered by phone, drove to their location picked up our dinner and returned home.  The food tasted quite good. I still prefer Shawarma Palace over Shawarma Shack. They provided a garlic sauce that went with the dinner but didn't include tahini or hummus.

    Overall I'd rate their food a 4... but there's more. The next day both my wife and I weren't feeling well and I thought I was going to have leave the office early. I'm hoping it wasn't due to Shawarma Shack but one can only guess it was.

    That aside... I have to give it a 3 rating... until or if I decide to try them again.
